Molina’s Cantina in business since the Molina family opened its first restaurant in 1941, is today entering its seventh decade and its third generation of restaurateurs. “Some of our most popular dishes are made from exactly the same recipes my grandfather brought from Mexico and started using in his first restaurant,” says Roberto Molina II. Now the family has three restaurants, all identical in serving consistently delicious Mexican and Tex-Mex dishes. From tacos to fajitas to chile rellenos, flavorful, straightforward specialties continue to delight the palates of Molina’s Cantina guests.
